Simple Javascript/RSS implementation script

I have a website with a custom J2EE backend (that I'm not in control of) that sucks a URL for me and displays it as the welcome page. In other words, the code is shown through an "includes" process – however, a lot of scripting like PHP that is done dynamically does not work.

Anyhow, I have been using free Java-to-RSS type scripts via other websites to display some feeds on this page. However these sites are always unreliable and always going down.

I need someone to write an easy to use java to RSS script that I can implement on my own website.
