Need a JS code for pipedream as Sources.

The JS code will be running in pipedream as Sources. So the code must be working in pipedream as sources.

The function listed below:

1. use Discord Bot to check few specific messages in the channel if have some users just react.

2. if user put react, The sources will store the data for workflow to use:

- author

- channel_id

- react message_id

- react_message_content

- react_id
