Image upload preview script IE, FF, OP, CH etc

I require an image upload preview script that works in every browser ie: FF, IE, Chrome, Opera etc, the script must work in the same way as this one does;

But that one does NOT work in IE and I have not tested other browsers.

I don't care if you take that code and re-work it so it works across all browsers or write me one from scratch, as long as it works you will get paid.

Think you can do it in a couple of hours, let me know and I will award you the project immediately, but remember it must work in all current browsers as stated above.

The user should NOT have to change their security settings of their browser for this script to work.
