Want a graphics tool that will do the following, allow user to load a photo, they will drag and size a rectangle that goes around their face, the software will then make a cartoon image from that, and give the user options to swap in or out different mouth styles from a range that is built in. Its a prototype tool needs to work on Mac and PC hence the tool being java or air.
