I'm in the process of building a student website (I built a basic prototype on my laptop using WAMP). The next step is to extract data from StudentVue using [login to view URL] (see the link: [login to view URL]). This is where I need help since I'm not as familiar with Javascript as I am with PHP, MySQL, and HTML.
Here are the key tasks to encompass this job:
1. Create the ability to log into StudentVue with an html or php file
2. Create the ability to get the following information once logged into StudentVue and dump the data into a MySQL database (and be able to test this with a WAMP server on my PC):
- get messages from teachers / school
- Get assignments and events from StudentVue
- get past attendance
- get provided class notes
- get grades and assignments from the specified reporting period, or the current grades if no reporting period is specified
- get student's schedule from the specified term, or the current schedule if no term is specified
- get school's info on the student
- get school info
- list all uploaded report card documents
3. Provide me with instructions regarding how to run your code on my PC (note I don't have a website setup yet, but I am using WAMP).
