Hi there, we are hosting a large scale corporate "education' event next Tuesday and Wednesday in Sydney. We have 250 attendees (mostly ICT teachers from all around Australia). We would like all attendees to receive a copy of the "Event Handbook" which will effectively give the attendee somewhere to refer to for things such as
the 2 day conference agenda, tips on getting to the venue using public transport, a map of the school where we are hosting the event. A list of contacts at the event, what will be provided at lunch , where and what to do if there is a specific dietary requirement. As well as a list of where event resources and presentations will be stored post event.
Attached is a handbook that we had used for an event many years ago. I've begun updating this with some information on the venue etc but i'd really be wanting someone to design this handbook from scratch to feature some of our event artwork as well as ensuring he handbook is all one orientation "Landscape or Portrait". We are needing someone who can create this handbook in a PDF and also printable version. AND of course, we need this by no later than next Monday morning 25th Sep, 2017.
I've attached our brand guidelines also as we do have a preference to have our company colours used for accent colours etc.
