Design a Logo and Venn Diagram

Dear Designers.
I would like to design a new logo for as per the attached sample.
The "e" in elite with be white with a dark background. "practices" will be a lighter weight of the same font and perhaps a different colour.
I want the font to be similar to the attached sample.
Underneath, I want to have the tagline "Attract. Profit. Automate"
You'll need to come up with a few concepts and we'll refine the concept I chose.
In addition, I want a simple Venn diagram made as per the attached sample and diagram I have drawn.
Looking for something classy and VERY professional.
Please submit a sample you have created that you feel represents the styling we are after.
It's a simple project so don't get rediculous with your bid!
