Arduino automatic tyre inflator

I need a device for tyre shops, that can set the user given pressure in tyres.
The one I have attached works with 2 magnetic valves, plus a pressure sensor. One valve is for inflation, one for deflation, in between the sensor periodically measures actual tyre pressure, and through control (Arduino) it decides how long next inflation/deflation cycle should be.
What functions I need:
- Keys for operation. Touch screens are not an option, as device will operate in dirty environment.
- 4-6" screen. Does not need to be color or high resolution. Only basic information should appear: function name, set pressures, actual pressures, measurment unit.
- The device should sense when inflation hose pressure gets over 7psi (that is when it is attached to a partially inflated wheel's valve), and start inflation/deflation automatically to the set pressure if "AUTOMATIC" function is enabled.
- Overflate function: after setting two target pressures, the device should reach the higher, and then deflate to the second one.
