I am in need of someone to do online price checks for me. In other words, I have let’s say 3700 products. I need someone to do a [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] search and find 3 sites that have the same product. I need these prices to be similar in the sites found. I would want to take the lower price of the three sites. You will enter this information (the price) in a .csv file. I will also need a separate .doc or .xls file that has the URL of the three sites that you gathered the information from. So for example, if you were to froogle “ABC product?? Found the price to be $25.99 $26.50 and $26.25 ??" you would enter the price in the .csv file of $25.99. Then I would need three URLS of the $25.00, $26.50 and $26.25 sites that you found the price.
To make the process easier, a .csv file will be given with the product information. In the .csv file will also have a product description so when looking at the three sites you will be able to make sure you are looking at the right product. I can also provide a .pdf with the image of the products as well.
This should be an easy project, just time consuming. However, if working with a team, the time should be minimal or if you have other ways of gathering the information.
Side note ??" if anyone has experience using “Web-Site Watcher?? [[url removed, login to view]][1] this would be beneficial as well since I will be using this product to monitor prices of the 3 URLS that you would provide. THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT TO TAKE THE BID, but if experienced, would be a big plus.
