We need to test a CRM which is online.
The outcome should be a report with:
- Technical Bugs
- Logical Bugs
- Missing Functionality
- Ideas to Improve
The test cases are:
- Open all forms - add update delete records
- Full scenarios from Lead, up to invoice
- Full scenarios for adding users and giving special authority
- Full task management scenarios
- Full PO scenarios
- All other functions in the crm are to be tested.
Who will be granted the project should NOT be a technical person.
