Self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, outgoing graduate of Business Economics at the University of Groningen with an interest marketing, management, business development and sales. I am actively looking for new challenges and opportunities to broaden my knowledge in the fields of sales, marketing, management, and business. Throughout my education I have developed a very strong sense for analytical reasoning, planning, and organization. My voluntary work has helped me discover myself and learn about leadership, adaptability, and communication. I am ambitious about pursuing a professional career in management and finance in a company that is socially proactive. My professional work has provided me with deep understanding of business, and especially marketing management. Working for multiple companies of different backgrounds (from startups to corporations) I have a unique skillset that make me flexible for virtually any job requirements on this platform. My skills developed during university have been cemented into my career with my experience at these companies. In my opinion, the most significant job experience has been the one of Consumer Marketing Manager at Philips Domestic Appliances. During this experience, I was placed in an enormous company with 7000+ employees and given the responsibility to create, manage and market fully-automatic high-end espresso machines. Working with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds has given me a lot of patience, understanding and openness for experiencing and listening to ideas and initiatives. The environment has encouraged me to become more initiative-driven, which is why I have started developing my freelance career. This initiative will provide me with some much needed freedom of choice when it comes to a career path and ultimately lead to finding an enjoyable job where I work towards something I truly believe in and make the world a better place.
