Scope of project o ERP manufacturing control, support during design, code, FAT test o Automatic system, support from design, code, test, FAT and maintenance this system Task o Provide requirement and test case for ERP system o Support manage project plan, project data and system architecture for ERP project o Design the communication between the automatic system and ERP o Support to test ERP projecto Support test, install PC, network, configuration and maintain Automatic systems (total 7 sub systems) o Maintain following systems: Cold Mill Steel Production Control, Coil Yard Management System, Roll Shop Management System o Support fix bugs of Software, Hardware, Network of automatic system o Get requirements from End users, analysis, modify software, test, and deploy for end users o Contact to suppliers, maintenance services for supporting o Interview and training for new members o Analysis problems, training for operators, modify data, optimize the system o Give solution to optimize of system management, control source code, package, documents Other o Join in training course of company in Japan, duration is 2 weeks, introduced by supplier TMEiC (Toshiba and Mitsubishi Corporation). It’s about the automatic system to control operation of Cold Mill Steel production. Currently I got very high assessment from my Managers (Japan people)
