I'm working as a Video Editor And Casting Director since 10 years ago in Actor Studio .
I'm responsible for the Film & TV sector , my job description is :
1- Hire Crew and contractors and negotiates rates of pay.
2- Negotiates costs and approves the booking of resources , artists and suppliers .
3- Makes sure that the post production runs to schedule and reporting to me on progress.
4- Has good communications ,and social skills ,teamwork,and the time management.
