Role & Responsibility:  Monitoring & controlling the work scope, contract milestone, needs & deliverables to execute the project.  Estimate the budget for scope quantities, costs, durations & resources.  Prepare L-1, L-2, L-3 & L-4 schedule to execute the project on timely.  Prepare S-curve, catch up plan, milestone trend analysis for different project.  Prepare resource deployment plan to start up the site for construction.  Prepare project timeline and milestones for each team by SAP.  Generate and configure various dashboard reports like variance reports, Forecast reports, Sales report & Cash flow reports.  Assist Project Managers / Program Managers in handling daily activities, issues, change request and risks management  Progress management, measurement, monitoring & reporting etc.  Prepare Monthly, weekly & daily target as per approved schedule of the project.  Generate periodical Progress Reports, like- DPR, WPR, MPR, CTC plan & MIS for client & top management on operational activities. SAP WORKINGS:  Configuration of release strategy for PR.  Configuration of reservations for all types of goods movement, service entry.  Creation of master data Customer, Vendor, Materials, Services.  Configuration for stock determination, physical inventory, and batch input, MRP.  SAP PM Corrective, Breakdown, preventive, Condition based end to end cycle.  Configuration of WBS, billing strategy, budgeting for various projects.  Creation of sales order for different project.
