Disney-Pixar Australia

In June of 2013 I was approached to develop an Augmented Reality application for Disney-Pixar Australia through my business, a side business which I had been running since December 2012, developing Mobile Augmented Reality software in my spare time. The application was for the Australian Premiere of the Monsters University film and the development window was very tight, In the space of 4 weeks I developed the application from the ground up in C++, I used technologies such as Microsoft's Media Foundation for video and webcam rendering and DirectX 9 for 2D texture rendering, the application also captured/rendered audio from a microphone using the Port Audio libraries. The software was part of the bigger product which was a sound proofed booth which was connected to a giant canister filled with LED lights, the software communicated with these lights via a specified COM port which was interfaced via an open source serial port library.

Wicked Witch Software

During my time at Wicked Witch Software I played an important role as a member the UI team during the development of AFL Live 2, an Australian sports title, in this time I was also the key developer of the titles Player Creator, which allows full customization of game characters. This title will be released on Xbox360, PS3 & Windows PC.
