I have worked in BPO industry for more than a decade. Have always been fascinated by the way human and machine together have evolved. Worked for voise based support for 7 different processes all english processes. I believe I am a learner and once learned would never forget that easily. The processes I worked were all related to IT industry. Specifically hardware and software troublshooting for various companies. The IT industry is an dynamic industry, constantly upgrading, which makes work challenging and fun. To lean to sell while troubleshooting, which to me was an achievement in itself. Have always liked to learn, which is why was able to accomplish more that I had expected. Honesty in work will always work that's how I go about. Believe in being an asset and never an liability, whomever we are working for. Currently working in a chat based process wherein we troubleshoot Microsoft products. I am also open to learn new things whenever I get the opportunity to do so. I believe life is all about learning and we must never stop learning.
