mkawia stated that the project would be no problem for him to complete. Once I awarded him the project, he could not provide many of the important features that were clearly explained in the project. The parts of the project that he did complete worked, but were very glitchy and there was NO attention to detail. He bid a complete time of 5 days on the project but with the pace of contact and work completed, I knew there was no way that was going to happen. I let the time slide, and 2 months later, the project is still no where close to complete. I did pay him $150 for the work that he did do which was only fair and then found out that all the work he did was unusable if I wanted to the site completed the right way. Most of the time spent on the project was me being told that certain things could not be done, in reality, it was just him that did not know how to get it done. I am a very tolerant person any am very flexible but when the skill are missing, theres nothing I can really do.
