"Anthony Fuscaldo's philosophy can be summed up by one word: versatility. His guitar-work focuses all over the musical spectrum. From the classical styling of Andres Segovia and Heitor Villa-Lobos, to jazz induced free-form improvisation and even heavy rock riffs, Anthony's passion for world music gives him the creative impulse that fuels each and every performance.
His past studies in classical and jazz music are a continuing influence on his performance and understanding of music theory. Throughout his career, he has performed and worked with numerous artists and musicians, including multi-platinum songwriter and producer PJ Bianco (Demi Lovato, Metro Station, Sean Paul, Regina Spektor and the Jonas Brothers) and members of the Wu Tang Clan at Legends Recording Studios in NYC.
His compositions for Independent Film and Commercials include "Taste of Korea - Discover Korea's Delicious Secret," which was featured on "NYC GO" and Korean news television, as well as the indie films "Casualties of Culture," and "B.U.S." directed by Anthony Michael Salerno. Most recently, Anthony's music was selected for the movie "GOAT" starring Armand Assante, William DeMeo (Analyze That, The Sopranos) Ice-T, Ja Rule, Vincent Pastore (The Sopranos) and directed by Paul Borghese.
In 2012, Anthony joined the indie-rock band, "Mercury Morning," and has received radio airplay from DJ Lindsey Klein - WDHA 105.5 FM, 103.9 FM-WRCN "The Rock of Long Island" with Frankie Dee, WRSU Rutgers University Radio 88.7 FM, 91.7 FM Stockton College Radio. Their music was recently featured on The Aquarian Weekly's '2012 Vol. 1 Compilation.' Anthony is also a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP)."
