## BIO I'm Eric Winer, a college student looking to find some jobs during my summers. I have done extensive work in PHP and MySQL, in addition to .NET applications using C# and VB.NET. ## Area of Expertise Here are my major skills: * **PHP**: I have been working with PHP for four years and have completed many website and database projects with it. My most recent project is a simple News/Pages Content Management System that uses bbCode currently going into use at <a href= "http://beta.mlfe.org">MLFE.org beta site</a>. * **MySQL/general database design**: Database design is my favorite field of computing, and I spend a lot of time studying it. For practical DBMS use, though, I am most fluent in MySQL. * **C#.NET / VB.NET**: I have been using .NET for two years. I have a full understanding of the language and other components such as the DOM. In addition, I am familiar with creating .NET projects for use with Mono (the open-source .NET compiler). My most recent C# project was the creation of an original (non-relational) data model. * **Non-coding projects**: I have a strong command of the English language.
