This guy is not honest and incompetent. He will say anything to get the work even he cant deliver. We agreed on a work task that he said would take 2 to 3 days and 20 to 25 hours. He logged 30 hours and hardly anything was done after 1 week. He constantly broke things and made things worse and constantly lie about things being done when they were not. After 3 weeks only part of the work was done, and the other half of the work was not done at all, and he simply kept lying about it. [19 September, 2023] He is not honest person and and incompetent developer. He said the task I gave him would take take 2 to 3 days and 20 to 25 hours, which was more than sufficient. Instead he logged more hours and only had done a very small part of the work, actually he broke more things than what he fixed. Most of the time was constantly fixing things that were not broken before. Day by day went by and things only got worse not better. After 3 weeks only part of the work was done and he just decided to lie and say the other part of the work to make each page or URL editable was done, was a complete lie. He completely wasted my time and money. He is not to be trusted at all. I hope karma will serve him well in the future. He had access to check the site and what was needed before the work started. After agreeing to 25 hours he logged 30 then said another 10 more was needed, and even at that stage he had done hardly anything. Seemed like he didnt have any clue what he was doing. Every day things would become broken because of him and instead of doing the task he was hired to do the time was spent fixing everything he broke, After 3 weeks I had enough of his lies. Do yourself a favour and look for someone honest and capable not Hemant.

There was so much of delay in communication. He goes of without informing and didn't complete a single task.
