Prepare tooling & materials accordingly to ensure Capacity is 100% Utilized. • Responsible for component to Finished Goods piloting, Production Planning, Procurement activities & also Logistics & Commercial collaboration. • Managing MRP Tool & SAP to ensure proper Overall Supply Planning • Preparing & planning the whole season Demand vs Capacity picture in Season Preparation meeting. • Contributing to Prize Finalization & Negotiation. Few achievements of my Supply Chain career has been: • Became Custom Zone responsible for Whole Europe, Brazil, Malaysia, Singapore & China Supply Flow & successfully managing the flow till now. • Successfully completed First shipment from Decathlon Bangladesh to Chile & Mexico in 2021. • In 2021, managed the complete Supply Chain of 2 Factories alone, which did business of total $48 Million in 2021. Due to this performance received a recognition ‘One man Army’ • SSE (Supplier Supply Evaluation) Assessment is an Assessment method used by Decathlon to evaluate a Supplier’s Supply Chain skills & performance. In 2021, I managed to clinch a record result for Decathlon Bangladesh in SSE. The result was Level B (73%) which was the best result in the country level among all the processes. • Just after joining Decathlon, had to manage whole Covid induced Supply Chain crisis. Finished the year with Zero bad stock & No liability for either of Supplier or Decathlon. For this performance received the Recognition ‘Crisis Manager’.
