Create Google Site Template

I need a Google Site template created that I can IMPORT into my company's internal Google Site account. You will need to develop this site on your own Google Site account, and provide me with the code/instructions for importing into my internal company's Google Site.

The site is a simple product-catalog type. Attached is a mockup of the main page.

NOTE:

1) Clicking on each Application Icon will show the detail for the app. The mockup shows 'App 2' being selected

2) There should be an admin-type page (template?) that allows to easily add new entries (for example, adding App 9 should be on one page, and then the line item will appear under the right category on the list (for example, if the TYPE attribute = iPAD, it should appear in the iPAD section)

3) There should be at least 5 screenshot placeholders on the right side for each app on the template
