Please initialize a azure cloud server that will take in 2 parameters: UserID and BuildingID from my small app (help me write the command to send that data to you from my [login to view URL] DB),
and then your server should give me a response of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 where the response updates +1 each 3 seconds, then remains at 10.
That's all, I will use it for my learning about server architecture. Thank you
