Website redevelopment - Website Designer & Copywriter

We are an educational organisation that provides an online platform, tutoring and webinar teaching to students from a number of countries around the world.
We currently have a number of websites that are based around the same structure but with slightly different content for different countries (for Australia, Ireland, UK and NZ). These were all created in Joomla, and we use Joomla as well as some custom PHP and our own custom-built shop to deliver our front end websites.
The problems with Joomla are:
- difficulty in upgrading
- constraints in terms of design
- difficult to find developers
- old technology
- slow load speeds
We are planning to move from Joomla to a Laravel based website structure to help with ease of development, website loading speed, and customisability of the site.
We are in need of someone experienced in website design and copywriting (in English). The role will be to provide advice, and graphic design support, to our website developers who are re-creating the site. The idea is to provide a modern, functional website design that has a high engagement / clickthrough rate. This will involve having regular meetings (AEDT) with our website designers and managers to design as site that above all converts potential clients into paying customers, has a design that is good for SEO, looks good and is functional.
We need someone experienced in web design, graphic design, high level English copyrighting especially to help convert website visitors into paying customers including landing page design, and someone who understands SEO.
The role is anticipated to be for around 1-3 months with an initial auditing/planning phase and then a further development phase, and should be full time or substantial part time. Understanding of Google analytics will be useful for the analysis/auditing phase in order to determine how best to structure the new website.
