Website Development for Mobile Games

I need a website in Chinese and English language for advertising games for mobile phones. The page should include a registration page with double opt-in (database schema will be provided) which can be done in PHP, and a member section where people can change their personal data they have entered during registration. Furthermore, a page for the games is required, i.e. a template for a page which describes every game (with space for screenshots, game name, rules, download link) so that I can easily add new games. On the entry page the page should show some news (fed by RSS) about mobile phones and Java games.

An example web site for the content is [url removed, login to view] but I want a better, more professional design with a clean outline and without flying advertisements. The use of JavaScript should be as minimal as possible (if possible, there should be no JavaScript on the page at all).

A long-term cooperation is desired where content will be updated regularly and enhancements to the page should be possible. An open discussion about content and design with the developer is desired. Your English must be very good.

The page is fairly small and simple at the beginning, an experienced designer should not take longer than a few days.

Please do not bother me with "give me your design and content and everything, then I put it up" -- I can do that myself. Designing and researching the content for this site is your task! That's the only "challenge" in this project...
