set up newsletter email form with mail chimp

I have a small amount of work to be done on my shopify website with mailchimp and small edit to the code.
1. Current pop up form is not working as I have had customers say that they aren't receiving an email with a discount code. My pop up offers a 10% discount and I need the form with discount code to be linked to this shopify pop up so that the customers gets the discount code in their email straightaway.
2. The black box around my product images, I want it change to white or invisible.
