What i need is a new look and feel for the site. color, graphics etc. so roughly the side nav and top nav needs to have a different look. also matching table colors with the site. font colors on tables need to be specified.
no coding will be needed, just strictly graphics to make it look like a new and exciting site. the target audience are Home Owner Associations.
A simple request. If I like you work, I will use you on future larger jobs.
I prefer a solo designer, so I can work with them closely on future jobs, but I will except company offer.
