Website purpose:
Allow users to access market services, information, reports, statistics and market news.
Audience:
Business clients, importers, traders in a particular specialised commodity trade niche, aged between 30-70 year old business men and employees of trading companies in this sector. These people do not have advanced technological knowledge.
Website Goals:
Be found by users searching for accurate information in our sector (SEO). Get them to subscribe to our mailing weekly news, get them to pay premium membership to receive monthly reports, market analysis, facts and statistics. Sell our corporate and consultancy services.
Website Structure:
⁃ We need various pages.
⁃ A page just for the market news.
⁃ Other informative pages about our services.
⁃ Website search box.
⁃ Subscribe window/form.
⁃ Apps integrations and Automations to operate the biz and assist visitors and clients.
Job Overview:
⁃ We already have a domain, a logo, brand identity and palette.
⁃ We have a concept of possible layout with page elements and a website map structure. We can send successful applicants our mockup ideas.
⁃ We want to have the ability to add content, articles and news any time we want in a simple way without using any code.
⁃ We would like the website to work on most browsers, including old browsers too… Some of our clients have slow internet connection and still use old browsers.
⁃ Estimated traffic: Considering we operate in a nice market we estimate from 100 to 1,000 views per month. Our goal is to reach 10,000 visits per month.
⁃ We are still working on the content, pages and choosing photos. We have a content writer.
⁃ We would like to have the website launched in one month if possible.
⁃ We are considering to Integrate the website with Mailchimp, Quotient, Hubspot, Xero, Shopify, AI bot or whatever you suggest can be useful to automate the business and enhance customer experience and service.
