A mobile app is required for an existing Sports Club, called the “National Ski Patrol”, it is a non-profit organisation that trains its members to save the lives of others in mountain sports emergencies, skiing or mountain biking for example
The app will cover IOS, Android and a mobile responsive web site, using one (1) codebase. An an offline capability.
The club has existing members globally however wants to attract new membership. Existing and future members should be able to see upcoming events and register. Candidates should be able to see their progress as they complete the qualifications needed to become a member.

The theme template has already been chosen. The registration forms and reports have been defined. The scenario templates are available.
Delivery of App
The app should be delivered in 3 phases:
Phase 1 by 6th Dec 2018: App is available on the stores, existing members can download and register on the app. They can see the calendar and register for the Nov 12th 2019 event. This means the event creation and registration templates have been constructed
Phase 2 by 13th Dec 2018: All events are available on the calendar
Phase 3 by 1st Jan 2019: The teaching scenario templates have been created, the candidate feedback templates have been created and the reporting views have been created.
The Screens for the app have been completed by the previous Freelancer and can be accredited to the new Freelancer. IP remains at all time to the Customer.
