Hi, I am looking for a graphic designer I can work with on a variety of small projects. I prefer to communicate on projects via yahoo instant messenger so if you are not online much/don't like that form of communication please do not apply.
qualifications:
- vast experience with print design and web design (just images, you don't need to do any programming just know how to design for a website)
- the ability to become familiar with my industry, and adapt your creativity to this industry. if you believe there is only one right style for graphic design, please do not apply.
my requirements:
- when i ask you to do something, I ask that you complete the task immediately. If you don't have time to do it right then, I ask that you tell me right then when you will be able to complete the task in the future.
- i understand people are busy and may not always be able to complete my tasks immediately. So when you can't complete the task immediately, and you tell me when you will complete it, I expect it to be complete by that time. So you have to think ahead, and figure out when you will be able to complete the task. In other words, I ask that you do what you say you will do and meet deadlines.
I work with several other people this way with great success, now I am looking to add the position of graphic designer to my team.
There will not be a lot of work right now, though I expect it to increase over the next weeks and months. I ask you to bid $30 for a project I need completed right now.
I will consider it a good fit if you are a gifted and experienced graphic designer, are professional enough to be able to meet the above requirements, and I feel like I am getting a good value for what it costs.
