Niche business directory using Google or Yahoo maps to pinpoint physical business advertisers. USA only. Basic functions in mapping. Hoverover will reveal minimal information. Clicked icon will link to directory advertisers ad with photos and other pertinent information.
This new website will need to be designed and built from the ground up. This website will be clean and simple for the users to find, browse ad and/or print and/or get directions to the directory advertisers location. Site will need to look 2011, if not 2015. The look and feel may be beyond wordpress.
There will need to be a checkout system, preferably using paypal to pay for map advertising placements. There will be an option for the directory advertiser to snail mail their payment. This will be accomplished and manually tracked by myself but will need to be known throughout the site.
There will need to be affiliate ad and banner ad areas within the site. There will need to be an ad management system. NO ADSENSE.
An discussion forum for advertisers and visitors is desired but not required.
An RSS feed / newsfeed with the niche news and information is desired.
Admin panel is required.
Advertiser account and login panel required.
Domain is secured but theme, colors, layout, logo and hosting are not.
I will provide good communication and should be available by phone if needed. I will provide the logo and legal jumbo unless otherwise arranged.
You provide your own initiative. Once I share the details to the chosen winner, it is your job to just roll with it. I won't nitpick and your end result might be different than mine. This is not bad nor discouraged.
