Joomla Template Hacks

We need to have some changes made to our current Joomla based website.

It is currently running a DASHBOARD component.

The following items need to be hacked within the template, to change the styling:

? The logo and the two buttons should always be on the same line. However, some browsers seem to push the two buttons BELOW the logo

? The actual menu bar is meant to be on one line only?..some browsers seem to push the LOGIN button into a 2nd row

? Is it possible to make the LOGIN BUTTON stand out more?.a different color perhaps?

? Also, we would like the registration form to look a little classier?.nicer borders, maybe some form of gradients, etc

? Also, the registration form should ask whether you are an employee or employer!!!

? Lastly, it seems that, ever since we installed and used a new template, everything in the middle of the page is a bit out of shape?latest project, project title, etc?..can that be made to look a bit nicer and cleaner?
