164340 Content Transfer & Web Design

I need to move my existing content from my current design, to a new and improved web design.

Also, I do not have the new web design yet, so I am looking for someone that can also design me a new template.

There is about 15 existing pages on the site. We would need to move all regular text content (no special formatting) to the new design. We would also need to move the html title, description and keywords tags.
