Google adwords professional needed

I am looking for someone to put together a google adwords campaign for my website. Must be a certified google adwords professional (I will require proof). I have a list of keywords I'm interested in using and have created 8 different campaigns. Total keywords to date in all campaigns are 133 but I don't know if I want to use all of them; it would depend on CPC. I need this done right now so if you don't have the time to spare, please don't bid.

Also, I forgot to mention, this is a one time deal. I might want a manager in the future but for now, I just want someone to set up this campaign.
