Seeking VBA / VB Scripter ASAP!!!

Hello Seeking someone to create a vba or macro that would take my mail merge document and divide them into individual files... i have played with the samples online and they do not work for my mail merge so need someone who can get this job done. Mail merge is connected to excel and is already completed.. simply need to export them to individual files.. customize the first line to be the file name and lastly write protect the document to be read only with password.. THis project needs to be DONE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so really need this done soon.. please let me know if you have any questions.. we can get this started.. please provide samples of your work..
