I run a website development company and I am looking to hire someone that i will personally train to 1. find projects on various freelance websites 2. customize a sales letter that i provide so that it looks 100% custom written and 3. submit bids. I try to send out 20 a day but with the work that we have my time is too strained as it is and I can't get around to doing this anymore and it's costing me money.
This is a very specialized job that for the right person will be for a very very long time. I Will have to train yo and it will take 1-2 weeks to do so as I want things done a certain way and if htey aren't done that way I won't feel comfortable allowing anyone else to do this. I know what works and I will show you what works.
Must:
Work US based hours
have skype
be able to work Monday - Friday (total it should not take more than 2-3 hours daily)
be extremely detail oriented
be able to handle very repetitive tasks
type and understand english on a native level
Bonus if you
Can work 1-2 hours on saturday
have a basic understanding of programming terminology
The price / project here is for the training period only. I don't want to put the cart before the horse and talk about how much money i will be paying weekly or monthly until I know i got the right person, but if you can do what i ask we can work that out.
Training will take approx one week a few hours a day
