I am looking to create a sex harassment training webinar. I can give you example of what the content will include. It will likely be about a 45 minute video that requires the viewers to answer questions and be able to sign pages.

The back end will require the ability to have the individuals register through a company that has hired me for the service (I will need some way to ensure employees register under the company's account). I will also need to be able to create pages that show the individual completed the program and has a document they signed agreeing to the terms therein.

I want the video to be different from other similar services that are boring. This one will be narrated by a female that makes it easy to watch and makes the employee not annoyed to have to sit through a 45 minute video. It will need a professional look with quality graphics.
