Hello,
I saw this ad by Apple and got really inspired by it. I don't want necessarily the same way they've shotten the ad but along the same lines. Create an inspiring 1 min video about living a healthy lifestyle and how it can positively someones life, especially their mind, body and soul. This is the message I try to send always through my brand and messaging.

Basically, I would like to create something similar but 1 minute and post this on Instagram. I want to create something inspirational, motivational and more importantly, send out my message and create the video in a way that I am telling a story. Make people understand WHY living a healthy lifestyle is important, not only just telling them WHAT.
