We need to edit about 80 videos 3-10 minutes long with AI tools below. We calculate 1 hour/3 minutes. So we are ready to pay per video 3 min video: 7USD, 6min video: 14EUSD, 9min video: 21USD, 12min video: 28USD. Total project will be around 1000USD. To be calculated later.

Input raw file to WiseCut & proceed with the automated cutting. On Wisecut you can work at the moment with the Free Plan. So you can create your own account. For the testing purpose cut the first 2-3 min and you will continue to work with that. When you export the video you can only use 720 resolution but for the purpose of the test work it is absolutely fine.
Start to edit the video with Visla. Here also you can use the Free plan. Create the video similarly as the example video:

What we expect in Visla:
First cut out the beginning if needed. That is just technical content.
Add with Visla B-roll footage to the video. If the freemium videos aren’t good enough use Pexel to browse for free footage. For this purpose the B-roll footages shouldn’t be perfect but should be at right places. Sometimes you can add or delete if you wish to have them somewhere else than Visla suggests.
Add proper intro outro
Create transitions where you feel is right, for transitions you can also use capcut
Delete default music!
Export
Work with Capcut
Add subtitle-auto caption
Fix grammar, spelling mistakes, punctuation. Check several times! Do not leave mistakes!
Fix design for subtitle: Change color of the text background 143c4e, Text: Roboto/Open sans, smallest (5)
Add Text following similarly than in the example when you think we should highlight bullet points or lists always use the yellow background to the right. For headline use Blend-Brighten-Opacity 30%. You need to find the important information to put as additional text. When needed delete auto-caption when use use additional text.
You can do the transition in Capcut if you prefer. Use Mix or Black fade. Mix when you want to connect 2 section. Black fade when there is a new section starting
Add the music to intro-outro with the sound adjustment (fading)
Automatically finetune the sound. Audio/Loudness normalization, Noise reduction
Send us the final test.
