Create a game like habbo with Unity 3d

I'm looking for someone able to create a game like habbo without being as developed (here is a "gameplay" [login to view URL] ).

Features:

- Multiplayer browser game

- ability to create an account and log in

- ability to create apartments of various sizes

- Ability to move around in an apartment, choosing a box of the apartment

- Ability for each player to create and own their own apartments (and to host other players)

- ability to visit other players' apartments

- ability to communicate with other players in the apartment, with a bubble system as on habbo

- Have a browser in the game, listing the available apartments and allowing the player to reach the apartment

- graphics similar to habbo but different

- Ability to buy furniture from a catalog (shop) with a virtual currency

- the furniture bought in the catalog (shop) must go in the inventory of the player, he can put this furniture only in his apartments and take them back if he wishes to do so

- players can exchange furniture with each other

- Place/move/rotate/keep the furniture in the apartment

- The position and direction of the furniture must be safeguarded.

- the layout of the apartments must be saved

- the player can change his skin (clothes, face, hair etc...).

- The player must be able to buy virtual money with real money.

- Gambling Moderators may ban the player for a period of time.

Proposed technology:

Unity associated with Photon 2 can be a very good choice and can greatly facilitate the task (photon 2 is very focused on rooms).

If you have other interesting technologies ( maybe html5 ) and you think it can be more efficient for this development, I'm listening to you.
