Product sourcing - Plastic bottles

We need a supplier for clear plastic PET bottles, from 120ml to 500ml. We also need pump dispensers.
These can NOT come from China. NO CHINA. Because the duties are 35%. They can come from anywhere, but probably India and Taiwan are good places.
The dispenser pump should cost $0.05, but it might cost more, because of the supply chain problems.
The 500ml clear plastic bottle should cost $0.08, but might also cost more due to supply chain problems.
Our quantity will be 100,000 of the pumps, and a container of the bottles. Note that we might mix different size bottles in one container.
