Project Description:
Please refer to attached sketch notes, photo, part files and igs files before bidding bidding.
Project scope is:
1. review the information
2. import the iges files of hydraulic cylinders
3. draw the clevis for the hydraulic cylinders - for each end
4. draw up the new components sketched in the notes
5. put all parts together in an assembly
6. vary the component lengths to make sure the hatch will swing open sufficiently
7. check for any interferance on the studs as the hatch opens
put each of the completed parts into a drawing template and dimension isometric, plan and end views including any detailed ares if required to show the information
do the above with the information below:
a. assign 250 MPa grade steel (ASTM A36 steel)
We require:
The part files
the assembly file
A print out in PDF of the results
drawings with all dimensions etc on them to allow for the components to be manufacturerd
