FORTRAN Programmer Needed

I have written a Main FORTRAN program and then added a second program using a MODULE. The Main program runs and calls a SUBROUTINE HTBAL which in turn calls a SUBROUTINE in MODULE Jbrg called SUBROUTINE FEABRG. Data comes into FEABRG and can be written out correctly from within the MODULE. However FEABRG calls a SUBROUTINE ASEMBL and in ASEMBL the data is written out as zeros. Program gets divide by zero because the COMMON DATA did not pass to the second subroutine ASEMBL in the MODULE JBRG.

I need to reconfigure the MODULE so that all CONTAINED modules can see the MODULE FEACOM if they need the common variables.
The Program compiles and runs. INput file is BRGSELECT.inp. Output files is BRGSELECT.rpt. [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] show results as calculations proceed. The main program calls Subroutine FEABRG in the Module JBRG, FEABRG then calls ASEMBL. The common data is all zeros and so the ASEMBL subroutine crashes.
Required to edit the program to make it run to normal termination.
