This is one simple task and would not take more than 15 mins. We need someone how can create msi build by using Installshield2012 or higher version pro version(Not trail version). Please bid only eligible person. This is really urgent work and I can pay 1000 INR for this small task. You just need to create .msi package as described above.
Note: Please bid person's have Install shield 2012 pro full version not trial version.
