We are looking to build a system which will allow us to do a quality check on our production line, using camera matching and inventory validating.
the ideal system will hold a database of images, product code number and carton quanities.. When a product is being produces in manufacturing, a camera will take a picture and validate the product quality based on the database image.
Once it has validated the right images, it will count the number if pieces in the carton based on the image displayed. and validated through the database.
If all images are matched in the carton and the right quantity is verified, the system screen will display a green checkmark.
This project will be broken down into 4 parts. We are looking to hire 1 person to build the entire system.
the database will have all images, UPC, and a number of bundles in the carton to confirm QC check.
Only contract who provide us with past image verification and database projects will be considered.
