I am looking for someone to write a script that can be run on a windows instance, which parses XBRL / iXBRL files taken from the zip archive files at companies house. The script must then parse out key financial information from the balance sheet, income statement, etc and add it to a table in MySql.

The intention afterwards would be to search through the list and identify companies with financials which match a set of filters.

Ideal scripting language would be C# (but not a requirement), and the source code would need to be handed over (not just an executable) for future development.
