Small program to receive JSON Data in C++

We need a very simple program that receives and show a few different data. The data stream will be in JSON.
It should be a small window showing around 5 different numbers and time, ready to receive updates every 10 seconds. Preferable programmed in Visual Studio Express or something with a similar GUI. I expect the price should be closer to $30 than $250
