Find High PR Websites that With Donation Link Opportunities

This project is to find 1-100 High PR donation websites where we can pay a small donation, under $25 to secure a High PR dofollow link from the donation/sponsors page. The more you can find, the better and I would be willing to pay more for more.
Not looking for other backlinking services at this time, just specifically donation opportunities.

Here's phrases you can type into Google to find these websites:
"open source software" inurl:donations
Instead of "donations" you can also search for "inurl:donate", "inurl:sponsors",
"inurl:contributors", "inurl:contributions" and so on.
Also, instead of "open source software", you can also search for "wordpress",
"wordpress plugin", "wordpress developer" and so on.
You should be able to find plenty of pages where these developers list their
sponsors to say "thank you", and some that have "do follow" backlinks.
Instead of "donations" you can also search for "inurl:donate", "inurl:sponsors",
"inurl:contributors", "inurl:contributions" and so on.
Open source sites are just an example. You can find any kind of charity or organisation looking for funding.
Once you find these sites, you need to confirm that you can make a donation to them via PayPal and specify what URL and anchor text you want them to put on the page. Please submit the list of URL's you find in an Excel sheet and I will check the URL's to make sure they fit the criteria above.
