Link Fedena to SMS Gateway

I have Fedena setup on an Ubuntu 12.04 VPS at DigitalOcean. I want to connect my copy of Fedena to my SMS gateway provider. The problem is my gateway provider's API shows that the request should be made in this format:

hxxp://[url removed, login to view]****&subacct=**MySubAccount**&subacctpwd=**MySubAccountPass**&message=Congratulations+User!+You+have+been+offered+provisional+admission+into+the+College.+Please+call+**myphonenumber**+for+more+information.&sender=**School**&sendto=**RecipientsNo**&msgtype=0

I have used [url removed, login to view] to capture the request Fedena is sending out which uses another format:

GET /xxxx?password=(u'', u'mypassword)&owneremail=(umyemail',)&username=(u'',)&sendername=(u'School',)&phone=(u'student_from_fedena's phone number',)

I have tried using paramater mapping to insert the http requests as the API requests them, but I don't think I'm doing it correctly.

I will be providing you with root access to the VPS hosting Fedena and the installation directory, along with the HTTP API.

I would need you to document the fix for me as I'll have to apply it when rebuilding the server for production use.

You should have experience in Fedena.
