Automate MS Excel repetitive data processing

My source of data comes from SAP Business Warehouse. After doing some appropriate queries, the data is then exported to MS Excel. Then my boring work started. The work in MS Excel includes filtering the data column by column. In each column, i will need to analyze its rows, to delete the unwanted items and to copy and fill in the blank rows with the item found on its previous non-blank row. This is simple job but very time consuming if it involves large rows of data. I am doing it manually right now, so i am looking for an automation which i can embed inside the worksheet so that one click can do the job for me.

I will provide the necessary example of the worksheet with a recorded macro in order for you to see the sequence of work that i need to do.
